Software Engineer II @ Workshop Software Inc

I'm a Software Engineer II at Workshop, working on backend scaling for enterprise clients using Vue 3 and Ruby on Rails. I came up through a coding bootcamp rather than a CS degree, so I'm especially drawn to problems that expose the gap between "make it work" and "understand why it works" — lately that's meant digging into functional programming, railway-oriented programming, and distributed systems fundamentals. I'm most energized by finding ways to strip complexity out of workflows so people can get things done with less friction.
